Rent-Prices include: Light, water and gas consumption; bed linen and kitchen cloths; swimming-pools use.

Rent-Prices do not include: heating consumption and wood for the fireplaces: the guests will pay these costs (when it’ll be necessary) at the end of their sojourn, just to the Farm - Administrators.

During the low season, the apartments could be rented for less than a week - even just one night, if required. In these cases, the rent- prices will be agreed between the Farm - Administrators and the Guests.
